Patron, 11675 Perry Highway Wexford PA 15090, February 3, 2011

Went for the first time to this place. The out and inside is cheerful and full of color. The staff greeted us well and seemed genuinelyglad to see us. We met a man who identified himself as the assistant manager,       Miguel Casillas, who checked on us 2 times while we were there. My daughter joined us two fat ladies, and she said the menu was pretty much what you'd expect, with fajitas, burritos, tacos, enchiladas, also chilis rellenos and tamales. They were making the tamales while we were ordering, so my daughter got the chili relleno lunch (6.95). We started off with chips and salsa, and the chips were fresh and warm, and not too salty or greasy. The salsa was medium/mild heat, so all could enjoy. We ordered cheese dip (1.75), and this tasted like Velveeta with hot sauce in it. I ordered chipotle chicken (7.99), strips of chicken and onion with a wonderful chipotle sauce. It was also served with very flavorful refried beans and rice. My daughter's meal consisted of a chili relleno, a crispy beef taco, refried beans and a salad with guacamole. The pepper was excellent, done but not mushy, of a good size and battered and deepfried, with sauce baked on top. Fat Lady #2 ordered a chimichanga stuffed with shredded chicken (7.99), which also had rice and refried beans, with the salad mix and guacamole. Again, fresh and good-tasting.  We ordered iced tea, which was fresh brewed and delicious. The coffee was also fresh and very good. Time from ordering to lunch was six minutes, and the restaurant was not crowded. The only complaint that I had was that you had to catch the waiters if you wanted something, and that there were mistakes made on the check.
